Your complaint failed to mention that you had a vet check which the mare passed on the date of your purchase. You also failed to mention that you rode the horse twice and your trainer assessed the horse once and then rode the horse as well. At no time was the horse lame or exhibiting pain behaviors. There is currently a Youtube video showing the mare being ridden on the internet. The representative stallion owner was contacted and there are no reported genetic neurological concerns.
Providing the public with this individual's phone number has resulted in harassing phone calls and is endangering his young family.
Before making allegations of this nature, question why the horse passed the vet check? Why would a reputable trainer knowingly damage his reputation by selling a horse of questionable condition? Why would your trainer recommend that you purchase the horse? Furthermore, why would you not obtain additional information via a second out of area impartial vet check to clarify your questions if you felt them valid? Your request for return and refund exceed 24 hours.
The advertised horse was listed as a broodmare with the ability of being ridden western and/or dressage. There was never an implication that the horse was suitable for serious dressage.
