Less than two weeks ago, I spent one half hour on hold waiting to add prepaid air time to keep my cell phone account active. Then I had to wait another two days before I was able to call out on the phone after the time was added to the account. Three days later, a representive called me and asked to change the phone # to give me a better rate because I was adding more time than I was using in a month. They promised to extend the time so more money was to be added for time until the end of April because I had a reserved of airtime carried over.

The dirty blank, blank, blank disconnected the service without saying one d**n word. When I found out the phone was not on, I called my celluar # and got a recorded message from verizion Wireless stating ," You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service."

I called Shared Technologies and got a recording saying," Shared Technologies is No Longer In Business; contact your local service provider. "

I called Verizion Wireless because that was the company that was servicing the customers in this area for MCI WorldCom/Shared Technologies. Then I was give a different # to call and got the same d**n message. Shared Techologies was not in business. This was about the tenth different # that I was given and or transfered to aafter being put on hold several times.

Between MCI/Shared Technologies and Verizion Wireless some dirty ripoff con artist owes me for prepaid airtime to the tune of $$$$.

Now to this off, I talked with a Verizion customer service rep and was told, "All the accounts with Shared Technologies are disconnected." Somedamnbody knows what the hell is going on.It's not only me but there are other customers that have been RIPPED OFF BIG TIME.
