In january of 2001 I made the big mistake of signing up for a cell phone for my wife, what a big mistake WorldCom seemed like a good choice, until I received my phone for 2 months it worked off and on mostly off I called several times to only hear we are experiencing heavy call volume, wonder why makes me think do any of the phones work that they send out.I finally got through and they sent me another phone which still had the same problem after calling numerous times and at least 50 to 60 hours of my own time spent to trouble shoot the problem I found out they sent me another phone that was wrong it would work a couple of days and go off the supervisors that assisted me were rude and would not let me talk to anyone else in a higher rank.I finally said Iwant to cancel my account and I would send the phone back and The lady supervisor told me she couldn't do that with out charging me a 250.00 fine. Well after 11 months of my wasted valuable time I told the worldcom leader to stick their phone where they could hear it ring. Now they have a collection agency after me to collect the 250.00.I refuse to pay I would rather give it to a lawyer to fight them. Please help me i want to join this class action law suit.
