McManus Auctions Items are junk and fake knock offs Las Vegas NV Nevada
Bought some items from their on line auction site. Not once, not twice but 3 times I have received knock off items, such as purses, antiques, and more.
They claim on the site that the items are authentic, real products. After receiving my items, the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The last couple of times I called and spoke to the Owner Patrick McManus. He was incredibly rude and was yelling at me over the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! He never tried to apologize all he said was "It's not my problem" well it certainly is his problem. He is claiming to sell items that I paid plenty of money for (when I could of bought the actually real items for a few dollars more NEW).
With all that being said, I continue to see complaints about him and his company and I hope that you all take into consideration, most of his stuff is junk. Not all but a majority of it is. The could justify their actions and the all should consider taking a class on customer service. Customers are what keep your business going Mr. McManus.
