MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER - MIDAS SONNY AND TOM RIPOFF DIAGNOSED PROBLEM 5 TIMES I'VE PAID MORE THAN $2,000 PROBLEMS STILL HERE ERIE Pennsylvania
My car was taken to meineke car care no less than 5 times in the past month in a half. The manager put my car on a diagnostic machine twice and told me that he had the problem and he could fix it. So I let them fix my car the first two times and the same exact problem kept occuring. I ended up taking my car to meineke a total of five times and my car is in a worst shape it was in before I even let them touch my car. I have given meineke to much money to be fixing nothing and getting money.
Then it's like if I take my car to someone else to fix it I will be out of the warranty. but, every time I take my car back to them say that the problem that has occurred has nothing to do with the warranty and that is wrong because I took my car to them to diagnose and fix it. they diagnosed my car told me what the problem was but every time i drive home the check engine light pops right back up. I just think that they are scamming me out of money because I am steady paying out of my pockets and my problem is still continued after 5 visits, car stopping on the highway twice and about $1,600.
