alright, first off-you did not menton what kind of vehicle this is-however, it sounds like a honda or acura(which is the same really)--just cause it showed 15% doesn't mean they did something wrong or nothing at all--it means they did not reset the oil light--did you physically verify the oil was changed to start making assumptions?-in any case--the light wasn't reset for 1 of 2 things--either the guy doing the oil change forgot(which is highly unlikely) or the guy doing it didn't know how and said ah f**k it(i have seen this before)--check your oil condition physically--if it looks good and it bothers you-reset the light yourself!-the info on how to do it is in the owners manual(you are not the only one to obviously not read it)--now #2-you said you had your wife's car for a front end alignment and it is not correct-you never mention how it is not correct!-first off you cannot do just the front end-when doing alignments you got to do all 4 wheels starting with the rear first(providing the rear has adjustments)-you did not mention what kind of car this is either--you also state this alignment was in a week before you got your oil changed and they didn't do the work-so if you thought they didn't do the work-why would you bring it back even for an oil change??--your only legitimate point is that the oil light was not reset-aww
