This Meineke charged me $724.74 for a tune-up and did not use new parts they charged me for. The mechanic and manager was deceptive about the diagnostic findings, and never presented the codes they supposedly found. I addition to this lie they said that I needed a new battery to get more money;I declined. Also the manager's attitude was very obnoxious and offensive. He didn't want to be 'bothered' with my concern. He had me talk with him in a dark room because he refused to turn on the lights. Before I could even tell him what was wrong, he said I don't know what you want to talk to me, I'm only going to tell you what you already heard. I am totally taken back by this statement. Get proceeded to look down, uninterested, disengaged and rudely asked what do I want him to do. He said you want me to fire him? I can but I'll just get another guy in her the next day. I have never, ever had a store manager behave in this manner.
