We were looking for grants to help us to buy or first home. They said money back gurantee if we didnt find $25,000.00 the first year or if your just unhappy with it. We downloaded the book and come to find out we didnt qualify for any of them.
The web site says to re-download the book to check for updates. We have re-downloaded the book several times and it has not chaged. We saved a copy before re-downloading it.
We emailed them about getting our refund after sending the book back per the web site instructions and got no response.
We emailed them again and still no response.
At this time we are still trying to get our money back from this company.
