This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

DO NOT do business with this company.  Here are just a few of the reasons why:

1. They make it impossible to communicate with them.

2. They ship the wrong products intentionally, and make it virtually impossible to return, correct, or get the process right.

3. They will never credit you, or correct any of their shipping and billing errors.

4. They make it impossible to cancel your orders, and your patronage.

5. They continue to bill your BANK ACCOUNT, randomly, months after you have done everything possible to cancel your membership.  

6. Once you finally do reach them, they will fight with you knowing full well they are screwing you over. 

7. Buyer beware. This company is a 100% SCAM.  I cannot believe they havent been shut down with a class action suit.

8. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

You have been warned!

 This is not a rebuttal.  Just want to say I agree with everything you stated.  I too had the same nightmare with this fraudulent company!

I wish everyone who filed a report on Melaleuca Idaho Falls would contact The Better Business Bureau!  Currently, Melaleuca is inaccurately "sitting pretty" in the eyes of the BBB.  What a crock!

Melaleuca marketing representatives will deny these issues, because it affects your income.  However, I personally know of a half dozen other Melaleuca customers who (are and have) eperienced the same issues with the company, and will be posting their experiences with Ripoff Report soon.    They too are being auto-shipped the wrong products, billed for products they are not receiving, getting random charges on their bank accounts, and finding it extremely difficult to work with Melaleuca to resolve any of these issues.  This is my continued experience, and it has been a total nightmare.

Aside from your report being very vague,I find it very hard to believe. i've been a marketing executive for 4 months, and I was a customer 8 years ago. One thing I know for certain is that Melaleuca has always provided me with incredible customer service.I had one of my customers cancel, and the result was instantaneous. We both received a confirmation within 30 minutes of her request, and she never received any unauthorized charges or products that she didn't want.

If you could be more specific, I'm sure we old help to resolve your complaints.

1. They make it impossible to communicate with them. They have a toll free number that is available 6 days a week, as well as an online chat feature

2. They ship the wrong products intentionally, and make it virtually impossible to return, correct, or get the process right. I've never had the wrong products shipped, but when my friend did, they were quick to send out the correct products

3. They will never credit you, or correct any of their shipping and billing errors. There was a issue for me one month, and a refund was sent out right away

4. They make it impossible to cancel your orders, and your patronage. My cousin cancelled her account- emailed her request and we both had confirmation within 30 minutes

5. They continue to bill your BANK ACCOUNT, randomly, months after you have done everything possible to cancel your membership.  Only if you didn't cancel properly

6. Once you finally do reach them, they will fight with you knowing full well they are screwing you over. I don't know anyone that has ever experiened this. I would be happy to get a contact for you at the company to resolve your issues

7. Buyer beware. This company is a 100% SCAM.  I cannot believe they havent been shut down with a class action suit. They haven't been because the majority of their customers are quite happy using high quality products

8. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I've never had a problem
