We paid 5.000 dollars down on house at 4818 east ethel. Then made over the mortgage loan amount. Paid 2 months ahead in 2016.mitch suffield the representive for christopher grilliot took our money.we put into intrust bank.paid the realtor Lawton marovec $500.00. Lawton bid on house.128k.then sold for 165k.mitch lied and said was higher.we paid each month.then in may 2017 mitch suffield said we owed may and june 2017. I paid that in march of 2017.he took payments and went. Backwards. Feb was jan.march was feb.in sept 2017 he said owef 7000.00 dollars.i paid 2475.00 in march.2374.00 in july 2017. He wanted cash. Mitch.then in july moved the property into a trust fund.never told us.
No closeing.no quick claim deed.owner christopher grilliot gets 1098 mortgage interest.we never did. Mitch said it was ours i put 6.000 into property for improvements. He benefits. They are scammers.i found melvin mitchell suffield on line for fraud.drug selling. Birthday 9/15/1955. Christopher is 6/10\1967.. Mitch said he had investors.no he just charges down payment.lease to own. And keeps.the cash.you never get title cause title in chris grilliots name. Lawton involved because he helping to get the property with his lisence.if mitch did not have lawton he would not be able to get these properties. Christopher gets the mortgage paid.gets 1098 mortgage intetest on taxes. Mitch gets the down pat
No title in your name.no quick claim deed.no 1098 mortgage interest...realtor lawton marovec helps mitch suffield get property. Then they put signs in yards. Buys low sells high. Has a person put into name after you pay the down.not your name.then after 30 years its yours.but you have no claim to it The cash or check into intrust bank on south seneca street.wichita ks.then they close account.open new.put property in trust fund. You dont get told this.you do repairs.put money in property.owner christopher lee grilliot gets mortgage paid plus 1098 mortgage interest. You get nothing.then melvin michelle suffield uses south seneca car care as his office.he then texted both phones.said he owns the house its his.hes the representive.he gets free cash.no taxes out of his money..is on internet for fraud.intent to sell drugs.prision time.incorportated it as CS street LTD. Been to wellington ks.lincolnville ks.cheneyks.wichitaks.his spouse also coleen faye suffield.uses aka carissa. Dont know how he keeps makeing these fake home ownership sells.

Manager After reading the report made by Mike a Dee Walker I would like to say I`m sorry they are having so much trouble... I Mitch Suffield sold the house to them... Everything was ok untill they stoped making payments... We talked a fey times and they said there daughter was having some drug problems and had to help her but would get caught up.. After a few months they claimed there money was held up... I allowed them to stay there for 7 monts with out making a payment ( I have prof of that ) I had to take them to court to get them out.... (I have prof of that...) And have had to make extensive repairs since they left ( I have prof of that ) ..I would be willing to sit down with them and go over all this.... That is what the court was for and they were a no show.... I`m asking that this be removed..
