**Here is the letter I just sent to them:

To whom it may concern:

This letter is in regards to charges on my Verizon phone bill from Member's Edge, LLC. These charges are for services that I did not order and did not authorize. That is called cramming. These charges must be reversed. A formal complaint for cramming has been filed against Members Edge with the Federal Trade Commission.

Calls to your office have met very unsatisfactory results, including refusal by service representatives to connect with someone who can assist me; rude behavior by service representatives including but not limited to yelling at and hanging up on my daughter when she called on my behalf (Sarah, emp. #120); being sent to a voice mail box to leave a message and never receiving a call back from this message (Adriana, emp. #4012); and refusal to credit my account for this service, even though I have clearly stated I did not order nor authorize this service.

A quick search online reveals no less than ten online postings by consumers who have had this same experience, detail for detail, with Member's Edge. Furthermore, Member's Edge has had at least three Website addresses, including www.membersedgellc.com and www.mevoicemail.com, both of which appear to be shut down, and www.internetsurveygroup.com, which appears to still be running.

A formal complaint for cramming charges against Member's Edge has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission. A block has been placed on my telephone line to prevent cramming from happening to me again, and Verizon is recoursing back all charges from Member's Edge. Additionally, a complaint has been filed with ESBI, the billing clearinghouse that handles billing from Member's Edge to Verizon. ESBI has credited my account for the total of all Member's Edge-related charges, $19.95 on 7/20/06, the impending charge for $19.95 billed on or about 8/20/06 that will appear on my next statement, and the charges for related taxes and fees in the amounts of $7.20 and $8.17, totaling $55.27.

I hereby request all these charges be reversed.
