I have a friend who works for Members Way and is just one of many people who answer the phone and internet inquires 8 hours a day there, so this complaint can't be true.
It is obvious that if you call the number or check the website that they are fully functional and this complaint is completely unfounded. They must either have the wrong number, or there must be an ulterior motive designed to be hurtful to my friend and the company he works for. I don't like this because these types of false and empty complaints posted by disgruntled persons are designed to tarnish the good reputation of companies like Members Way and Reservation Services International whose purpose is to serve their customers. I guess you just can't please them all no matter how hard you try.
