Well these guys are well known for their:-
Really Bad After Sales Service,
Extremely Poor Quality Control on everything from PDi's to Warranty Repairs.
Their business ethics leave much to be desired..
Their standby position is:- Plenty of Arrogance & Boat Loads of Bull-s**t..
A New 2012 Passat SE purchased from them, they said it was Up To Standard!?! - subsequently having been inspected by another VW Appointed Dealer.
The vehicle is now being Replaced yes Replaced by Volkswagen of America..
To:- Paul Isenberg & your cohort Peter Herz (Both Snake Oil Salesman) you guys are the reason so many have such bad feelings towards Volkswagen/Kia/Hyundai Merced CA..
