THIS WAS NOT A LEASE BUT A BUY OUT AT THE END. WHEN I THOUGHT MY WIFE LEASED THIS CAR WE WERE TOLD THAT AT THE END OF THE LEASE WE COULD BUY THIS CAR OR JUST TURN IT IN, NOT TRUE WERE THAN TOLD WE HAD NO CHOICE WE HAD TO BUY THIS CAR,,IN FACT WE WERE TOLD WE HAD 15,000 MILES PER YEAR BY THE SALEMAN ,,,NOT TRUE WE FIND OUT NOW,, AFTER WE MADE SURE WE STAYED UNDER THE MILAGE..EVEN 2 MONTHS BEFORE I TURNED THIS CAR IN ( WHICH NOW THEY WANT TO SUE US) I CHECKED WITH MY SALESMAN VINNY AND HE TOLD ME AGAIN WE HAD 15,000 MILES PER YEAR... ITS WHEN THE BANK CALLED AND SAID IT TIME TO BUY THIS CAR AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS JUST GIONG TO TURN IT IN I WAS TOLD I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO BUY IT, THAT MY SALESMAN GAVE US WRONG INFO THAT IT WAS A PURCHASE NOT REG LEASE BUT THAT THE BALLON HAD TO BE PAID, SO I RETURNED THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND NOW THEY WANT TO SUE ME FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF WHAT THEY WHOLE SALE IT FOR AND THE BALANCE OF THE BALLON PAYMENT,AGAIN WE WERE TOLD BY SALESMAN WE COULD BUY IT AT THE END OR TURN IT IN.. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN WITH THEM SINCE THEY SALESMAN LIE TRU THERE TEETH..EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS DEAL WAS A LIE.IF THEY SAY I HAD BUYERS REMORSE WHY DID I START COMPLAINING ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO WHEN I STILL THOUGHT I HAD A REGULAR LEASE ITS ALL ON RECORD WITH MB FINANICAL, I WONT STOP THIS CURSADE UNTIL THEY ARE MADE TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT RESELLING RENTAL CARS AS OFF LEASES ,,THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS..SO I WANT THEM TO SUE ME FOR THE BALANCE SO I CAN SHOW IN OPEN COURT HOW I WAS DEFRAUDED BY THEM......

'LOL' ''The comments by 'Been there done that' do not fit any of the above categories, because there is not a 'irrelevant chit chat' category.'' ''The comments by Awfully, in posts, do not fit any of the above categories, because there is not an 'irrelevant Attack the Author' category.'' 'Pot, meet kettle.' Bring it on! I honestly can't wait, but be careful! You could end up looking like an 'idiot again! There are ALWAYS several things YOU do not think about BEFORE you push the 'submit' button, and it is THE SAME on this thread! Pot(Robert) Meet the Kettles('Been there done that' and 'Awfully'). You misspelled 'Laugh out loud'. Is 'LOL' backwoods low IQ jargon again? Robert. I DARE you. Show why I am violating RipOffReport rules, and where the two posters above, AND YOU, are within 'consumer comment' RipOffReport rules! Go for it!!

If it's none of anyone business, why did the OP post this anyway? The whole point of this site is to complain about bad business practice and people have the option to rebuttal and ask questions. Most people have turned this site into something to vent to or air dirty laundry. If it wasn't any of our business, this site shouldn't exist. I am curious too about all the issues. Doesn't lease contracts require dealerships to fix any problems that happen with the vehicle? I would have thought they should have terminated the contract and given the OP a new one with a new car.

Been There Done That Ashburn, Virginia U.S.A. Huh? 'I dont understand...you leased this car why does all this matter? You did not buy it yes you paid on it but you were doing basically the same thing, a glorified rental of the car. The whole idea with leases is to not have any personal stake in the car at all when the lease term was over...WALK AWAY!' Useless to Author. Irrelevant to Author. Space filler. 'I dont understand why you put up with it for 5 YEARS and went through all the stress of filing claims, detailing the car, making sure the problems were fixed WHEN YOU DIDNT OWN THE CAR.' Because you are required to do it on a lease dummy! Useless to Author. Irrelevant to Author. Space filler. You misspelled didn't and don't. 'Please clear this up why you would care when it was a lease and not your car unless you decided to buy it. And why the heck would you buy it if you had all those problems. Doesnt make sense to me.' Because you are required to do it on a lease dummy! Useless to Author. Irrelevant to Author. Space filler. You misspelled doesn't. 'Yes I would say from YOUR side of the story sounds like there were some shady things going on here but AGAIN as a lease why is it an issue.' None of your business! Useless to Author. Irrelevant to Author. Space filler. 'You just should have WALKED AWAY!' Useless to Author. Irrelevant to Author. Space filler. Walked away when? Where? You are no help whatsoever to the Author! Read the RoR rules on 'attacking thread Authors' and posting 'irrelevant information'. Wise up before posting anywhere again! I know RoR watches new posts. Congratulations 'Been There Done That'. You just made a totally useless and irrelevant post!
