On 11/29/09 I checked my online bank statement and found charges from NCSOFT $49.99, iTUNES $1.00, dated 11/27 and DIGITAL RIVER 11/29 for $90.94. I researched my histories and other information as to why I could be receiving charges from these companies. I have writen many e-mails to DIGITAL RIVER and different e-mail addresses with connection to them and recieved no replies except for their standard automated response. All CS pages go back to the same exact site. On 12/13/09 I received  by UPS a package. Upon opening it, I find  DermaWand ( Spa Pantry ), it did have a vague packing slip and order, amout of $146.84, I found a site on the web and e-mailed them to return it and credit my card.. No answer yet. On 12/11/09 I received 2 smaller boxes containing Life Cleanse. I haven't opened them. On 12/15 another box by UPS, Dual Cleanse with slip and phone number.  So I called and spoke with a gentleman who says I can send it back, I pay the return shipping,gave me a RMA and says he cancelled my order. Will credit my acount when they get it back.
 
I have fraud protection with my bank, they held the account as of 11/27 so I am lucky. When I spoke with the gentleman he told me the first charges had dropped off? Gone but he did say besides Digital River, there was a charge listed as Health and Beauty Trial for $1.99 and we then cancelled the card. No description as to who or what company this is.  Today 12/22 I received a call from a recorded voice, "Touch and Brush" stating they has a problem in shipping a product to me, because of billing issues, and left a phone number. I spoke with a girl who answered with "Flexies" ?? then transfered the call to Jackie, who answered "Merchandise Direct".  She procceded to cancel the order, so she says, "write REFUSED on the box and give it back to the guy". I happened to ask about being a mother company and about DermaWand, SHE gave me a toll-free phone number to them. Kind quick,like out of her head, fast. I then asked about Life Cleanse, got yet another toll-free number, but to Ever Cleanse. Maybe they can help you, maybe not.

I signed up here shortly after this, to lodge a complaint against all these companies and those who I'm sure will try to send me more garbage.  I am still unsure as to just how they got my card number, no-one here. And I don't order from those kinds of ads,trials etc.  I do shop on the web, but after reading all statements, privacy, terms, refunds. I am at a loss.  I do not know what happened or how it happened. Days before Christmas, I am sure glad my grandkids love me, as this is the only credit card I own.

If anyone knows anything about the health and beauty trial, could you please let me know.  I am very grateful for any information you wish to share.  I'm also sorry this was long and drawn out.  Thanks so much
