MERCHANT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS Discover Card Unauthorized $49.95 fee applied to my merchant statement telemarketer, Nationwide
This company Merchant Technical Solutions has applied a $49.95 fee to my company credit card processing statement for some form of bogus service. I called to complain and they offered to refund the last 2 months or service. They did correctly state the name of the person they spoke to who authorized the charge (me) but unknown to them I have not been working at the bisiness in over a year. They DID NOT SPEAK TO ME! It is not possible. I believe they got my name as the "contact person" from the the credit card account at Discover card. Call up and complain and I will be filing with the BBB and atorney general office.
