Hi recieved the usual letter from them and noticed that they also supply a user name and password to make an online payment, this sent a red flag up and a bit of digging and whois turned up this info (bty gid is a domin lookup and a whois will report back site contact info)
Dig results (from any linux box dig merchantscreditguide.com)

Called this number and it a home phn number of some lady
Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
A reverse phn lookup of the number listed on the letter shows no results
Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
now a whois and dig of this domian name shows that they are using worldnic.com as their name servers (they translate the ip address to a domain name) worldnic.com.
Now as a cunsumer seeing this letter with all the info on It I have ever right to report this as scam to to the registar for the domain and all comes down to Network Solutions, LLC
the contact for them is

I suggest that anyone who recieves any letter thru the mail, that has a website address to make an electronic payment over the internet...............
once you see this stop and do not call them or write them report it as a scam to the people that host the domain, there are fedral regulations that prohibit this and they are using the gray area i.e. yours and my integrity to scam money.
I will continue to push this thru network soulutions as a scam to get into my banking account (once you enter your info to their payment site online you will be in a world of hurt)
