If you incurred the debt in 1994, and there has been attempt to recover the debt since that time, then it appears that the Statute of Limitations applies. It looks like a collection agency purchased the debt and is attempting to collect the expired debt. I would ignore the debt as aged and no longer applicable, never agree that you owed the debt and noever agree to make payment, or you will restart the Statute of Limitations over. You are under no obligation to pay a debt that old, expecially if you are unaware of the product or service provided. Make sure that the next time they contact you that you tell that you will not accept that you owe a debt that old, and also tell them not to call you again on this matter. Document the time and date when you tell them that. Good Luck.
