Meriam Marketing Fraud Fake Lies Tampa Florida
I was in need for a job and found an add for "entry level Management". I thought "hey, I can do that." They will train me to manage others, make a reasonable salary, life is good. You go for a 15 minute interview where they tell you everything you want to hear, that with in two years you can be making a 6 figure income, that you will beable to choose where you work when you become a manager, etc..
However; what they do not tell you is that you will be making only commission, driving all around town SELLING office supplies. Now, I don't know about you, but selling office supplies is not entry level management.
So they call you back for a "second interview". You spend all day going around with a "trainer" who sugar coates everything.
They offer you a job, then you eventually go out on your own. They tell you about a $100 gas bonus check, but what they don't tell you is that you have to make 12 sales in a week to get that. There is only 1 person that gets the gas bonus & that is the manager. So, you are driving around in your "territory" waisting your gas, not selling anything because frankly who wants to buy office supplies. If you ask for help, they just push you to sell, etc..
They give you a promice of paid training, there is none. I just got my first check and there was no paid training.
They tell you how to move up in the company of Sydcor, but what they don't tell you is that it is virtually impossible! They act like they care about their employees, that is a bunch of balogna!
IF you are looking for a job, my advice to you, don't even think twice!
