Merit Service Solutions Lapinski Not paying contractors for services rendered Malvern Pennsylvania
Merit called us 5 days before a huge snow storm, asking us to take care of 2 Lowe's stores, had us raise our insurance to become "compliant" $6k raise on our insurance btw, trying to get paid, every excuse in the book.. repeatedly calling they hang up or leave you on hold forever, put you into voice mails. We stopped services, for lack of payment they "terminated" our contract for "lack of service". Then they say they had wrong address. This company does not pay their contractors. Shame on Lowe's for paying this company, all they do is mess with smaller companies, who actually try to pay their bills. We will be warning every contractor that works on those properties as we are right next door to one location.Shame on Lowe's they have done nothing at all either. Or company is out 10's of thousands of dollars.
