Metro Mortgage Investments Applied for a loan, sent all required paperwork in and after being told what I was qualified for, never hear from them again. Internet, Michigan
Inquired about purchase & renovation loan through Matthew Woods. Later received a call from a Kassey Matthews who told me what paperwork to fax in. Had applied for a $35K to purchase an investment property as well as renovate the house I currently own. After the paperwork was reviewed was informed I only qualify for 8 or 9 thousand. Just meant I could not do as an extensive a project but waited to find out when the loan went through. Waited a week, 2 weeks, 3 ect. Called and got Mr. Woods on the phone by accident as he said he was on a nother call and just picked up mine. He did not want to bother with me but told me to call during business hours 9 to 5, Mon - Fri. Funny thing is when I call then and leave messages, I do not even get the curtousy of a return call. To this date 22 Sept it has been a month and still not even a letter to state can't be done.
That is why I am writing to let others know to not waste their time applying at this company.
The people like Matthew Woods will never get back to you. This Kassey will but only to a certain point. Then she becomes as bad as he. Just don't bother.
