Metro PCS Mike, sales representative, and owner. Lies and run around Nationwide
Didn't know how to transfer verizon to metro. I got another line and was sold a phone that wouldn't work. I was promised they would fix it or give me another one. Mike was fired for lieing to customers. Sales rep and owner said they would fix it. He didn't and said I could not get a replacement or credit on my bill. Do not visit this store. I paid for another phone at a different location.. I was out $100.
