Metro PCS They committed fraud. Bought phone. Total POS. Nothing worked. Took phone back in 4 days. 7 days return policy. I was told it was a promotion and I couldn't get refund..store manager's last words to me were f**k YOU. Already filled claim with state attorney General and I am filing civil suits against the store and the manager. Syracuse New York
I purchased a phone from metro pcs. Phone was total crap. I tried to return the phone in 4 days. 7 day return policy. Manager told me it was a promotion and I couldn't get refund. I was livid. Nothing on my paperwork says anything about promotion or did the staff. The manager was a total a*hole.. Hector Duran is his name. Can't contact anyone at company. Total bs. I have filed a report with the States attorney General. Made complaint with BBB. If I'm not refunded, I'm filing civil suits against the store and the manager. Despicable service. The last words to me by the manager was " F* you". Nice. I refuse to let this go and I want my money back!
