Michael Jetawo AKA Oluremi Jetawo AKA Shola Jetawo AKA "JET AUTO SALES" sold a junk car as a clean titled car!!! 

He provided bogus documents stating the car had never had any collisions or accidents. Less than 1 hour of the sale the car began having electrical and mechanical issues. Michael Jetawo was contracted and advised of the problems. He has refused to resolve this matter. Carfax was ran on car by vin... THIS DEALER IS SELLING CARS THAT ARE "TOTAL LOSSES" by insurance companies due to severe collision and impact damage. He misleads and scams buyers into beleiving the car is sound and reliable without accidents. 

BUYER BEWARE

He will advertise on craigslist through the "Owners" section. He will not tell you until later that he is a dealer.

I responded to the accusation. I wrote a rebuttal to the accusation through you as well as BBB of North Texas. They attempted to reach her for response and she never did. I also expected a response to the one made through your agency and still no response on her side. I was wondering what I will need to do to make this go away since she's not interested in making her case.

Please find attached a copy of the result of the investigation carried out by BBB an accredited agency as at the time of the event.

The above matter was brought before the BBB of Dallas. I told BBB that the customer in question lied in her claim. She was contacted and encouraged to discuss the situation as was presented. She failed to respond and the matter was subsequently closed. 

Point of inference was the fact that the car was sold as a dealer's vehicle, in that she had a bill of sale that clearly stated so. She was the one that said she could not find her way in Dallas and encouraged me to meet her halfway. She drove the stated vehicle from Dallas to Oklahoma before complaining that car was not any good. When seller offered her the oppportunity to bring the vehicle back for possible reconciliation, the refused and threatened slander and law suit. She subsequently contacted BBB of Dallas and they wrote my company a letter. we responded and she was contacted. She refused to participate in the reconciliation process and case was subsequently dismissed.

Please note that this customer is a solid trouble maker and she flew off the handle with out any reason. Also note that state vehicle is a clean and clear title. Even though the car has an history of being in minor collision and she refused to understand that.
