Micor is still in business in macon In 2015. Still paying sign on bonuses to qualified applicants. I got mine! Man, seems like this company must be doing a lititle something right since they alwyas stay and the others go. Despite the talk And negativity. The checks are good come pay day and they stay around. Facts are Facts. Some the people you named below we're beofre my time but my dealings with Matt miller have been straight. He has help me a lot.

Every Cable TV contractor offers a sing on bonus for experienced techs. There are conditions for you to receive the sing on bonus such as performance and attendance. Everyone with experience is "The Best Tech That Cable TV HAS EVER SEEN". when in reality, they are, what I like to call, COMPANY JUMPERS.
As soon as the QA finds out what a horrible tech they are, always calling in sick, always have some excuse on why they have outrageous customer complaints and fail every quality inspection performed. They always blame everyone else except the person that they see in the mirror every day. I am a experienced tech, I love it here. I do my job and have no problems. It's all about the quality of work you, as an individual perform. I look forward going to work every day. I make Over $1200.00 each week and don't need a sign on bonus. The work is steady and pay is on time.
Bottom line is, if you are a poor technician, you won't last here in Macon so do yourself a favor and save yourself the embarrassment of calling yourself an experienced tech.
