Took my vehicle in to get the tail lights and signal lights fixed. They would work intermittedly. Midas's fix was to replace the multi-function switch; a $383 part plus $125 to install it. When I received my car back, I still had the same problem. Midas took my car in several times to fix, but could never find the problem. And, the Midas guarantee, you can throw that out the window, it doesn't mean a thing.
I finally found the problem myself. The pins in the matching plug-ins weren't lining up. Cost to fix -- $00. Charged my Midas that didn't fix the problem -- $508. Refund by Midas for not being able to repair -- $00
Midas doesn't have the qualified mechanics that it takes to work on today's cars. Beware that if you take your car to Midas, they will probably not be able to fix it, but you will get charged no matter what they do!!
