Midtek Metalworks & Millwright, LLC Obtained My Services, Refuses to Pay $5,225 Mountain Grove, Missouri
The company contacted me on a Saturday afternoon, and said they had three (3) pieces of equipment that had to be moved Monday, November 29, 2010. I worked diligently the remainder of the weekend, and got the three picked up as requested. Each item was delivered intact. The previously agreed-upon rates total $5,225.00.
Midtek is refusing to pay me. First, said would mail a check the same day, then said would pay me by the end of December - if not before. Will not answer any calls. I have signed Load Confirmations, and emails wherein they agreed to pay the rates.
I was forced to take out a loan with interest to pay the three (3) carriers who transported the freight. The loan is due now. I deserve to be paid. I'm still losing money on the deal, because I'm paying interest on the loan. I need the money due!!!
