mike turner mikes customs i gave Mr. Turner a contract to build a bathroom on my property adjacent to my bed room; he gave me the contract and how much he charge he total the amount to be $1400; he wanted $7725 down i game $8000 down in may of 2016; we had bad weather for may/june so he did not start unitil the middle of june; and so he contimue then he put the roof on the project and told me he need $3000 down and then he start asking for more money and then i started to get mad; he would come here two days a month and something no show for a month; also on the contract he said electricity was included; last month he told me i owe him 480$ more to pay the electrician because he was broke and he did not have the money; i refused he did not show up for the month; then i kept calling and texing he said i have to have the money to pay the electrician. For over two month now i have no electricity in two rooms of my home that mr. turner had no business intefering with i kept asking him whats going on he got mad and walk out. grove city Ohio
*He told me time and time again he was broke he ran out of money and he is doing a job now and will come to my house in the afternoon; i said ok; for the month of September he came here 2 times; i know when he comes because i can see if anything got done. I text him last week and told him he was a rip off and he need to do the right thing; he has two big load of dirt in my back yard since May my grass is die and he does nothing; today i notice that obviously he came here some time between Thursday and Friday and pull the inspection papers out of the patio where he kept it and he pile up some additional wood he had in the back on the pile he had there for 4 months. I am not sure if he is coming back; he also has my house key please please help.*
In May i hired Mike Turner for an additional project at my house to build a bathroom adjacent to my bedroom he wrote a contract and told me all was included material labor electrician;plumbing installation of windows siding insulation painting drywall paint molding et. He did not get to start the project until June 2016 he told me his total price was $14000 and he wants $7725 down i gave hime $8000; he did not get to do anything until the middle of june; ok everything goes well then after a month he wanted $3000 down because he has to do the roof; and the framing of the project; then after that was here and there i call text he answer when he felt like; i reported him to the bbb he finally text me and told me that he wanted $1000 more i got really mad and i call my neighbor to help me and he said he need it to renew his licence and he was broke; in the mean time i only owe him 1500$, after that he came one day a week sometimes two. I am very upset and told him i want my house key and he said he has to get another job to finish mine because again he was broke so he would come to my place in the afternoon; i said ok i only wanted this to be over; he has two pile of dirt in by back yard from June from digging the foundation; until the dirt is there my back yard is a mess. I finaly text him last week and told him how dishonest he was and he should come and finish my work that he had already got paid for; Also last month again he stopped and i kept call him and texting him and he said he wants $480 to pay the electrician to finish the electrical work; i wentt off on him and he said that the only way he will come back; i am so sick and tired in the mean time i gave him that money i have no electricity in half of my house since july when i gave him the check i said how come i still don't have electricity; he said i know whatt i am doing and he got mad and walk away lasy week he came here i pick up the inspection report out of my patio and i have not seen him nor have he done any work for last week; every time i ask a question he would disappear for a week or two; please help. This bathroom has be contracted out to him since May2016 and until now nothing has being done the framing he put up outside is getting rotten because of the rain; and that being up since June uncovered.
