Millennium Motor Sports LLC Bayside Imports FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE practices by New York State car dealer Bayside New York
We bought a car from Bayside Imports (aka Millennium Motor Sports LLC) and made a deal at $19,500. We spent hours with Ricky in Finance going over the figures as he continued to switch them around in a attempt to fool us into signing. They keep trying to add what I call GAP insurance which we had no use for and chose to decline as we put down $10,000 cash but he kept insisting that we must pay $30. for this and when questioned he admitted that this was a monthly fee added to our payment and charged interest on; WE told him to remove this and pointed out that we had a legal right to decline it. The next item was a acquisition fee of $695. that kept changing, we also told him we were not going to pay any additional fees. He continued to add another fee called DOC $295. dealer Per fee $395. and NYC DMV fee $295 without and explanation.The final contract was given to us and we were told and shown that only sales tax was added to the purchase price so as fools we signed. Now at home we have a copy of the bank contract and a photo copy of what they call a sales agreement and they did a BAIT and SWITCH, fraud and deceptive contract with us that made the purchase price $1390 higher than agreeded in the amount of $22,352.30 and sales tax of $1462.30 which are both way too high. We intend to report them to NYS DMV, NYS attorney general, District attorney, the bank, federal and state Congressman and legislators, NYS fraud protection agency, new and tv investigative reporters, post reviews on the internet to warn people about this bad company and people. They also promised other things and never delivered.
