I got a message which says that I am the number 196xxx customes so I am entitled for a $500 gift card but I have to purchase some merchandise from the participated companies. This Mineral Sience company caught my attention. I had selected a brush and a fundation. They told me that these items are worth to $120. But for me just $1 and plus shipping. I got into the trap and gave away my Master Cared information. But when the merchandise arrived around May 18, 2008, the message I got was totally different.
They tell me that there was a three months quantity of the makeup to try. If I like, I can keep it and I just need pay for $59.99. If I do not like, I still can try for about half month, then return it back to them without charge. I was shocking. I did not want to try any. I did not touch any items despite they said I can keep the makeup bag. I called the customer service on Mon. May 19, 2008 to cancel it. I had abtained a RMA# and returned it by DHL for $10.60 right away on Tue. May 20, 2008.
I was so up sep. Because I cost about $20 for the shippings for nothing. But the way they treated me is more worse than I thought. Despite the merchandise has been returned to TX in three day by Fri. May 23, 2008, this company still charged me for $59.99 on June 16, 2008. I didn't know that till I got my Master Card bill July 25, 2008 yesterday. Hope consumers beware of this company and do not be a next victim.

I was so up sep. Because I cost about $20 for the shippings for nothing. I was so up set. Since I got nothing, but I paid $20 for the shippings. But the way they treated me is more worse than I thought. But the way they treated me was much worse than I thought.
