We are sorry this customer was not happy with their experience, however this customer was extremely rude to our customer service agents. As the agent tried to explain the terms of the offer and how she could help, the customer proceeded to use derogatory language. When the customer asked for a manager the agent explained that she was unavailable at the time but offered to have the manager call the customer back. The manager did call the customer back, however the customer did not believe that is was a manager.
