Got something in the mail regarding Minute Mega Saver for $39.00. Threw it in the trash. No need. $39.00 was deducted from my personal checking account, without my permission.

Ricardo Martinez might have stolen that money out of your account.

I hope that you have changed your account number by now. For that matter, change all your numbers with this one. He's been on the news. The Principal?/Officer?/Owner Ricardo Martinez is in a s**t load of trouble with the United States Government. On April 15, 2002, the Federal Trade Commission filed a complaint against him, and all alias corporations run by him for violations of the FTC Act and FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule. If you're interested in more detail, access article: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/02/28/eveningnews/ He is running a variety of rip off's, and this is one of them. This corporation is linked to auto clubs, travel clubs, phone, and PRETEND credit cards (ok that's my own term). I have more information for others in the Clear Choice section, but for now, I don't know if you can collect a refund. Theives are not known to be the civil. Let me give you some contact information, because it can't hurt to try. Seriously change all your account numbers, the Government is already on this crook, and Federal Court cases are pending. Mr. Ricardo Martinez is the President, phone numbers available: 1-800-576-3378, FAX: 1-305-891-9584. Two of the most consitent addresses: 666 N. East, 125 Street, Miami, FL, 33161 and 9590 NW 25th St., Miami, FL, 33172. There are an estimated 27 different numbers, which may not be worth the aggrevation of listing. Access www.ftc.com to see if they can help you collect that refund. You may have a long wait, since that court case is pending. Sorry, hope this helps.
