MJS Metalworks Metal Works and Fabricators Goshen New York
MJS Metalworks entered a contract with me to put up a rolling and swinging gate for $2,300. I made a downpayment of $400 on 7/26/14. Irvin (not sure if thats his real name) promised that he'll install the posts in 2 weeks, and it passed without any posts being installed on the property. Allegedly he came on 8/29/14 to install the posts but he decided that he can't do the job anymore. I gave him a chance to at least install railings instead but to no avail too. Its been almost 6 weeks now since I made a dp and numerous attempts have been made to get my dp back but I just received empty promises that it will be sent back to me by money order.
Hence, I have no choice but to file this ripoff report agains MJS Metal works.
