September 2014 I needed a new water pump. I called the "Mobilemechanichoustontx.com' number and a guy named Mack answered. He came out and worked on the vehicle but he had some trouble removing the air intake hose and was using anything sharp he had available. I noticed weeks later that he had sliced the hose while trying to remove it and he never said a word to me about it....
A week later after he replaced my water pump, my truck started to leak radiator fluid and transmission fluid. Realized that he didn't replace the hoses completely and a connector was loose that ran the fluids to the proper areas. He did get rude on the phone with me because I told him he didn't finish the work (He was also in a hurry while he was working on my truck).
The guy is named "Mack". He was driving a white mustang at the time he did the work on my truck. I have asked him before for the name of the shop he uses but will not tell me which one it is.
