There is a company that is claiming that deal about the toner. I am friends with a woman that had a similar issue. She didn't confirm any payments over the phone because she knew once there is a contract with Ricoh we would never change anything with the contract over the phone. Never approve something like over the phone. The account representatives will contact your company directly or set up a face to face meeting and negotiate anything else that was solidified in your contract. Ricoh is such a large company I guess this company felt they could get away with it. But Ricoh itself doesn't do business like that.
