Moishe's Moving Systems LLC rip-off! Damage of personal items left out in rain covered with oil. Jersey City New Jersey and Chicago
I have had a non ending amount of problems with over price from estimate, to delivery date changed and then changed again and breakdown, then they got lost. When i finally get my things and the majority of things are broken, wet moldy etc. I filed all the necessary paperwork and my calls are not returned and nothing has been done after nearly a month after the fact. I am at my wits end with piles of broken smelly items in my house waiting for them to do what they need to do for my insurance claim.
There are so many more things to say about them from the unprofessional servece, the lack of supervisors. They had no idea what was going on or where their drivers were or what happened to my things. The drivers got lost 4 times and called me and then broke down and then called again saying we will be right there then got lost again. Then said they would come the next morning and showed up at the house we were staying in at almost 1 in the morning expecting us to help unload our stuff. The delivery men had no idea how to do anything and even were dropping things.
So many hings were broken damaged covered with oil, wet and covered in mold that the damages were almost 7 times the cost of the move even after they overcharged us.
I have filed the insurance paperwork they requested only to be jerked around for the last month. I am so tired of this and people getting away woth scams and destroying people's things that i have just had enough!!

In response to the letter filed by Trinity of Jacksonville, FL. This summer Florida experienced a record setting amount of rainfall. These storms affected millions of lives, causing billions of dollars in damages to homes, property and possessions. Unfortunately, one of the largest storms coincided with our move of Ms. Trinity to Jacksonville. Her belongings were damaged by the excessive rainfall, she was understandably upset, and she posted this complaint. We're happy to say that we have reached agreement with Trinity, and she now counts herself as another satisfied Moishe's customer.
