My experience was awful. The movers showed up an hour late. They told me they were based out of Smyrna which was a lie, they are clearly out of Riverdale. They got my furniture stuck on an elevator. As I walked around to see how the furniture was packed it was thrown all over the back of the truck. As I brought it to their attention they moved my leather recliner from against the side of the truck. My suede couch ended up with all four corners (2 in front on the bottom, 2 on the top of the back) with the suede torn. My leather recliner ended up damaged with leather pinched off of the right front arm and the left side arm. Cleo stated he had their estimator come to see the furniture and determined it was $75 dollars worth of damage done. How they came up with that crap .60 cents per pound which sounds like a crock to me. Do not use this company ever ever ever!!!!! They are crooks The owner Cleo Asante is a liar and manipulative crook. He lied about the movers first they are great, then after the damage they are contracted out and he is not responsible for damage which is another lie.
