Just wanted to let you know I obtained copies of all the complaints against MoMax to the attorney general's office. There have now been 8 since October. I saw a complaint I suspect was yours and was incredulous that they thought the BBB would be able to do anything for you. I received a response to my complaint today, and they have sent Fred a letter. It appears that with the increasing number of complaints, they may be taking this more seriously. Same is true for Cook County State's Attorney, so if you haven't, give their office a call. I'm not sure how it works, since I assume you are in DuPage county. Since MoMax operates in Cook, I'd report things to both counties. Look at the thread for Marny from Elgin - read it all and you can figure out how to get in touch with her directly. She knows how to reach me and others. -Jennifer

Ann You ask what you can do, you can file a complaint with the Cook County States Attorney's office. You can also send an email to the investigative reports at NBC, CBS and ABC. If you sit back and do nothing, Fred will just continue to take money from other people and there will just be more people in the same situation that we are.
