Momentum Direct 2 day slim down diet ripoff Dallas Texas
I ordered the 2 day slim down diet. Wasn't all that impressed with it and cancelled. Two weeks later my bank account was drawn for 49.95 and 58.93. I called my bank and told them that I had cancelled this and they returned the charges after telling them about this company being of rip off report.com. I tried calling the company and the phone would ring 1 time and then nothing. After looking at the reports here I sent an email and surprisingly got a fast resonse, that they were going to do nothing. I emailed them back and told them I had contacted my bank and these were fraudulent chrages and they agreed to return the 58.93. I then got an email from them that they had not receieved the bottle back and the 49.95 would stay charged. I told them my bank had returned the charges and were watching my account. Hopefully there will be no more.
