SAAD BOUDEMAGH (BOUDEMAGH GROUP) MONACO ALGERIA Mr. Bouemagh is very charming , but he cannot deceive us. He represents to be a " big player" in Algeria, but has no documents to prove it. He asks for commissions upfront and says that he has to pay the officials upfront too. He is not a serious businessman.
