Money Tree Mortgage ripoff Woodstock Georgia
My husband and I responded to the call from Nigel Broomes stating that we were preapproved. He happened to be one of the nicer and more responsive person with the company. Since September we have been sending and resending paperwork. For a while we were recieving responses back and forth regarding the loan until we got the processing department with Theresa Neverez(x209). She tried to tell me that we need to resend our papework AGAIN.
When I informed her of how long we have been waiting for the everything to be processed, she stated that she would check and call me back the same evening; which is a call I never recieved. After several attempts to reach them by phone I emailed Theresa requesting that we have our money back or a decision within 7 working days(which have already passed). I tried to call their office today(3/23/04) on both the 800 and direct phone numbers and recieved a message saying that they're having "technical difficulties".
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. When we sent our $300, we sent it through Western Union Quick Collect. Has anyone else done this? Does anyone have any suggestions?
