Monica Marchetti is convicted felon who has now changed the name of her business from "Marchetti International" to "Italia"
A thief is still a thief no matter what name her business goes by. She does not deliver work as promised and you will be lucky if she doesn't just take your money and stop the job.
She knows that small claims (under $20,000) will not be pursued by the district attorney. Civil court will do you no good, either. Check out the BBB rating for Marchetti International and Italia and see that the business name she changed this fall already has its first compaint.
RUN, don't walk away from this woman, and whatever you do DO NOT pay her a dime!
