Mr. Draikos received an email with the order information as below from the email [email protected] Dear [email protected], your payment was successful. Order details: Merchant Order No. : TR024F20182 Order No. : 1206114589308915028 Payment Date&Time : 03/25/2016 18:34:51 GMT Amount : 478.68 USD We believe that the order can make you satisfied, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. On the 31st of March since nothng was received I sent an email at the above email and at the form that there is on their website asking for the tracking number so I can see where the parcel was. On the 1st of April they sent me the tracking number EA128629828CN which I tried to track but for days nothing was shown regarding the package. Once again I sent emails asking for the package and I also mad a complaint on the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and at the at econsumer.gov. They replied telling us to wait for two days as due to the large amount of the shipping processing the shipping company (EMS) needs some time to process and update their info in their system and so we waited. We kept asking where the package was and on the 9th of April we received an email with a photo of the proof of dispatch saying that someone seemed to have signed for the package and that maybe it was stolen and that they would send the order again. On the 10th of April they sent me a new email saying that they sent the package again and what concerned us was that they sent us the same tracking number but now we could track where the package was. On the 28th of April the package had arrived and got through customs so Mr. Stefanos Draikos went to pick it up. When we opened the package we surprising saw that the content of the package had nothing to do with the order Mr. Draikos made. It included two bags that weren’t of the brand of Mont Blanc. (Please see attached photos.) I am at your disposal for any information wanted to proceed with finding the ones responsible for this fraud to which I believe we are not the only victim. Thank you.
