I got a free trial bottle of eye serum and anti aging skin cream. I paid for the shipping and handling. Then this company from California (Montecito Skin Care) charged me almost $200.00 for the next automatic shipment (which I called them) and cancelled the order, but they took the money out of my bank account anyway and never sent the product they took the money for. I have tried calling them and it automatically cuts me off because it's saying I cancelled my order and they hang up on me. It's all automated and I can not talk to a human. I've been calling and e-mailing everyday to either get my money back or send then product that they took the money for. No response. Please help.
