I ordered a trial size eye serum for 5.95 to cover shipping and handling. I told them I only wanted the sample. They charged me for the sample then took out an extra 156.00 from my account without my permission. I called them and after arguing with them they said they would return my money in 8-10 business days, but they have not! I have my bank ready to dispute the charge, and the Better business Bureau is going to expose them, and I'm hiring a lawyer to sue them for theft, fraud, and false advertising, and any cost they have cost me for any inconvenience of this matter.
