What an absolute disgrace of a webdesign company. I have been with them for over 12 months now to build a simple shopping website and had nothing but problem after problem. First the payment gateway was not supported even though their quotation said it would so I had to move to paypal. Then whilst they finished off a few items I was told I could upload my products, so I uploaded over 600 products which then magically disappeared. When I queried this they told me this was just their test database and I should not have uploaded, after weeks before the same company told me to. Eventually we went live and I added my products again and after no sales a close friend of mine purchased to test it and received a receipt from a different paypal address, it was www.moovinonup.coms paypal address. When I queried this, they said sorry they had left their paypal address in during testing so not only did all orders go to them, I also ignored and did not furfil these orders and to top it off was made to look a fool in front of my friend.
To this day my site is an abomination, riddled with errors, features that cause the site to slow down and practically break, something I would certainly not purchase from if I were my customers.
I have tried to obtain a refund for poor work, tried to have them fix the website, had my solicitors write letters to them (which they just ignored) and quite frankly I dont have any more time for this. I have now had to walk away and loose a lot of money to www.moovinonup.com and go to a more reliable website company. In a word avoid, in 4 words avoid like the plague. www.moovinonup.com are bad news.

Moovin On Up do not even operate in the United States, and have NEVER worked with a Robert Harvey Jr.
Can this spineless liar not even try to verify himself as a client of Moovin On Up - No, because it is simple defamation (probably by a competitor of Moovin On Up).

Hi There,
I would just like to quickly make a point that this IS NOT a customer of Moovin On Up.
MOU pride ourselves on customer service and product delivery and a situation like this would never occur. I have checked our database and as a UK based company we do not have a large volume of US clients and none by the name of Robert Harvery Jr.
I believe this to be a hoax, most probably from one of our competitors so I ask you to provide some proof that that this happened!!!!
