Complaint Review: Moshe Draznin (Advance E&I Systems Inc. - Ingram Texas

I worked for Advance E&I Systems for almost 3 years, and my ex-boss called me and my co-worker ( just two employee's work for this company that was not owners)Stupid F---ing B----es everytime he got mad and that was often and it could be over anything even someone else making him mad. (He is from Israel and his Father has alot of money to buy him out of anything. I had to test tubing and it has damaged my throat. My co-work was there for 12 years and when he found out this other lady at another company where he works on their computers was getting fired he fired co-work of 12 yrs. and 21/2 months later she came to work for Advance E&I Systems. I ran the company for 21/2 months alone boss and his wife would not help me at all I did every thing (they would bring there house hold trash in and tell me to unload it in the dumster and it would be like a week or two of trash plus do everything else. I had to run to keep up, they would also bring their childern in and leave for the day and I would have babysit them plus do all my work bagging tape (1200 -2200 rolls)answer bussy phones, orders ,making 1000's of heat shrink kits,shipping & recving, put everything in computer you name it I did it even the yard work. The list is long, but they almost killed me. And then they hire this lady that they just had to have work for them, she was there 2 weks and I was still training her and I looked at the pay roll book and they were paying her almost double to my pay.

I called my ex-boss and ask them why and he blew up told me I had no busniess looking at the books and called me a Noisy F---ing G.D. B----,and that they would talk to me the next day about this, Well I knew what would happen and so I quit, i could not take anymore of the abuse. I almost 3 yrs. and he treated me this way and reason I stayed was because my husband only worked part time,and it is a small communitynot alot of jobs. I have wrote to so many services trying to get help on unemployment and he appeals it everytime.(yes under some reasons for quiting your job you can get unemployment).

EEoC wrote back saying that if the company had 15 or more employee's then they could do something about his Threatening demeaning manner (abuse). Aclu, Doesnt have the staff to handle small cases like mine. He has done his employee's like this for 12 yrs. now, no one works very long for Advance except my co-worker and myshelf, but we could not afford to just quit. I do not know what to do, there is no one out there that cares to help me.I even have documents that I have wrote down for over a yr now of his spells and the things he has said to me. But he nick names his employee's Stupid F--- B----. If you know of anyone who can tell me where to turn it would e "BLESSING."

There is so much more to my story but cant put all in this little box . Our LAWS are for the rich only. I talk to a lawyer but it cost so much to go that way and I just dont have the money..
