hello i bought a car from motor king here in loveland ohio
we bought the car december 05 well the car lot gave us a temp tage on the van.. that was all good.we had a nice car no i was happy well we had the car not even 9 days and we was sleeping at home one night and the next morning we woke up to find out someone had hit our van while parked.
well we told the car lot where we got the van what went on etc. well he said when we got our insurance money to bring to him and he would fix the car. well we talked to a few friends who told us he will steal the insurance money and he would buy cheap parts to fix it with.
so we kept telling him no etc. the insurance company said they would issure the check to anywhere we wanted to get it fixed.. so we told him we are having someone else fix the car. he went off!!! saying it was his car still, his money etc. well when are temp tag was up we went to get tags well we could not get another temp tag. because the car lot put my boyfriend who has no drivers lisence on the title so made us cant get tags!
they run his social and mine and his is blocked by child support. and the guy knew he had no lisence and he sold him a car anyways! he knew what he was doing!! he thought he could get the van back, take our insurance money and our money are only money we put down on the van!.see when we went to him my old man has the job im the stay at home mom with a valid drivers lisence and i was on the loan as well but could not get tags
so we called the guy up asked him to switch the title so we may get tags he said sure when you sign over the insurance check! i said no i dont think so!! he then cursed me out badly!
so we called the first 1 financal and they said it was up to ar lot and i asked them about the insurance money they told me to fix the van then they would sign the check! so here we are..
3 months later paying on a car we cant drive we have 2 small kids cant get them to doctor, depending on others etc. the van is paid up and i cant drive it cause the car lot sold a car to someone who hd no lisence.. we are very angry.. everyone in the area near wont buy his cars! he is a rip off.. i know 9 people who has had problems with this guy.. we have called the tv stations, called the attorney generals office, the police and no one seems to help.. we cant afford a lawyer and dont know what to do.. the finance company and motor king has said now we better not come back on the property or call either one of them or they would press harrassment charges on us! its so messed up sopmeone please help... and who ever reads this dont buy a car from him!!

I wish to reply to these allegations. These folks attempted to defraud the insurance company and the bank by keeping the check for damages and not having the collateral repaired per the finance agreement. We could never have known about a block on his license per the delinquent child support order as he presented us with an actual valid license on delivery. They never repaired the car, they did not make the payments and the bank repossessed the car. To add insult to injury, we cosigned the loan because they had really bad credit which meant we had to pay off the loan for every cent the bank gave them and we lost our butts. The reason no one will help them is because they were trying to steal money that does not belong to them.
