This company was reci mended by Miele the manufacturer of the dishwasher. They came and charge $162 for a diagnostic. Said I need a hose and that I would get an email lTer that day with the price. Two day slater after threephonecalls I beta emailing anunitemized bill for over$600! When I askedf for anexplanationthey Sid they w oudlgetbackto me Never Did. Left the machine in pieces ani th kitchen. What a joke. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
