Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

After suffering investments that went wrong, Mark Bynum is harrasing me with daily e-mails begging for me to help him with personal loans.  He's a psychopath who believes his own lies and tries to play off of the sympathy of elderly people.  I urge anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Attorney General in Baltimore.

His latest tale of woe:  I know that all of the severe winter weather interrupted the funeral plans for Mrs. *****. I thought about calling you, but I knew that you would be upset that all of your plans were totally disrupted by the heavy snow. I am sure that you probably decided to stay down in South Carolina until the weather warmed up a little bit. Am I right?

Believe it or not, I never forgot about our plan to get together and to review your account and see what could be done about the discrepancies caused by the inaccurate accounting with regards to the Viatical investment in your IRA account. I am not sure if you remember our last conversation, so let me refresh your memory. In late August of last year I purchased 2 roundtrip airline tickets for my wife(Rowena) and son(Adam) using my "skymiles" to pay for them to go from DC to Manila and then to return from Manila to DC on November 8, 2009. They were staying with my wife's family who live in a remote mountain side province called Mindanao. When it came time for them to return, they were not able to get to Manila because 2 massive typhoon's had washed out the roads that they would have used to get to the airport and thus they were stranded. When I tried to reschedule their flight for a later date I was told that because we had now entered the "peak holiday season" that it would be difficult for me to get a flight  back to the USA until after 12/31/09! I guess that is how they treat "frequent flyers" on Delta/Northwest air! Anyway, during that time my wife's mother suffered a massive stroke. So I, being the "good husband" decided that I would fly there, rent a house and help get her the proper medical care that she needed to try and rehab her back to health (they are very poor farmers who have no extra money for medical care and don't even know what health insurance is). So I rented a house and set up my office so that I could continue working while I made all of the necessary arrangements to get her the best possible medical care.

Now, after over 3 months of intense medical treatment and rehabilitation I am happy to report that she is almost 100% recovered and back to normal (thank God, miracles really do happen!) But wouldn't you know, as ironic as this might sound, now my own Mother is in the hospital and is suffering from complications and bacterial infections that are a delayed consequence that resulted from hip replacement surgery that she had several months ago. So here I am thinking that it was all over and now I need to try and get back to Maryland as soon as possible. The problem is that my friend who was handling all of my mail, bank deposits, bills etc. had to go into Johns Hopkins for quadruple bypass surgery and had to have multiple stints put into his arteries as well and so all of my mail has been piling up for the last 3 weeks. Everybody keeps asking me why I didn't have my mail forwarded here. It takes 4-8 weeks for a regular 1st class letter to get from Maryland to Manila and even longer to get to a remote location like my address. So to make a long story shorter, I need to get home, but I don't have the funds to get there because all of my commission checks are sitting in a box at my friends house with no one to process them.

So, my dear old friend, I was wondering if you could do me a huge favor and loan me some cash so that I can get me and my family back to Maryland. I really need about $1,000.00 but even $500.00 would be a big help. I will pay you back with 10% interest within 30 days. I hate to have to ask you but it seems like all of the people who I thought that I could count on are suddenly not available. Anyhow, if you are willing to help me out what I need you to do is to take the cash out of your bank and go to either Safeway or Giant or any major supermarket and go to the customer service counter and get a Western Union form that allows you to transfer money to anywhere except Mexico(they have their own form). On the top of the form on the left side you would check the box that say "International" and write where it say country:Philippines" right next to that where it say Services check the box that says "money in minutes". Below that where it says Receiver information: put the amount that you are sending and then put my name: Robert  M.  Bynum
In box #2 put your information where it says "Sender".
Skip box #3
In box # 4 you just sign your name
Then you give the service person the completed form along with your cash and they will process the transfer for you. There will be a $12.00 fee which I will reimburse you for. Make sure that you ask them to send the money to me in US Dollars. Ask them not to convert the transfer into Peso's. They will then give you a receipt. When you get home I will need you to e-mail me certain information from your receipt. On the upper right hand corner you will see the MTCN: I will need that 10 digit #
The amount that you sent (ex. $1,000.00 US Dollars)
The receiver: Robert M. Bynum
The sender: Your full name
Senders address: your address
and that is it. Once I receive your e-mail I will go to the nearest Western Union outlet and retrieve the cash. As long as I can give them the correct info. that you e-mailed me from your receipt and my ID matches the name that you listed as "receiver" then I should have no problem getting the money. As soon as I get home I will e-mail you to let you know that I was able to pick up the money without a problem. Then as soon as I am able to purchase my ticket I will e-mail that info. to you. When I get back to Maryland I will send you an e-mail to let you know that we arrived safely. Then I will get all of my mail and deposit all of my commission checks. As soon as the money clears I will contact you and make arrangements to deposit the full amount + 10% interest + $12.00 (fee) to your account or any other arrangement that you prefer. Mr. *****, I know that this is a tremendous favor to ask of you, but this really means alot to me and I wouldn't bother you if this wasn't so important. This is a favor that I will be eternally grateful to you for. I cannot put into words how thankful I will be to you, and I assure you that I will keep you posted every step of the way so that there will never ever be a moment of doubt in your mind from start to finish. I promise you that you will never have to ask me about the money because I will always be one step ahead and I promise you that I will pay you 100% of the amount that you loan me + 10% interest + reimbursement for the Western Union fee (should be $12.00 but if it happens to be more, just let me know the amount and I will make sure to reimburse you for 100% of the charge). Once I am back in Maryland I will be available if you would like to get together at your convenience. If you name the day and time I will make sure to be there for you. Like I said, "I will be eternally grateful for your kindness and trust and generosity".

I am sorry that this is so long. I would have called you but it is quite expensive to call from the Philippines to the US and as you know, I am short on funds at the moment. Just so you will know, I need the funds as soon as possible. I am really anxious to get back to Maryland and get to the hospital so that my Mother will know how much I care about her and how much that I love her. Not to get too mushy, but my Father delayed his flight from France back to the US when his Father was in the hospital after suffering a massive heart attack and he arrived too late as his Father passed away only hours before he arrived at the hospital. God forbid that my Mother should pass away, but the sooner that I can be by her side the better! OK Mr. *****, I am sorry if it seems like I put you on the spot but I just didn't know who to turn to. I have always felt close to you and your wife, even after you chose to go with another agent. I hope that my asking you for this favor will not offend you in any way. I promise you from the bottom of my heart that I will never allow you to regret helping me out! Thank you Mr. ***** and God Bless you.

                                     Your Friend,

                                      Mark Bynum

Mark Bynum Stole Our Life Savings...He Lies!

#3General Comment

Mark Bynum stole our ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS three years ago...we can't get in touch with him...because we can't find him!!  He IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!  We trusted him, and he took all of our money, and then lied to authorities making up a story that his life had been threatened, and that he was afraid...all I did was yell at Mark for lying to us...which he did countless times (I am a woman much smaller than Mark..I assure you I never threatened him bodily harm!!) I ended up being served papers....he lied (AGAIN) to get out of talking to us....HE HAD ALREADY STOLEN ALL OF OUR MONEY!!  He is still walking around free...probably stealing more money from other innocent victims!!  He should have been locked up by the State Of Maryland when he got into money/investment trouble with them the 1st time in 1991!!!!  Then the State should have locked him up the next time he got into trouble doing illegal (FUNNY WITH THE MONEY) again....some years later.  I am not sure what the State of Maryland is doing with him now....BUT HE NEEDS TO GO TO PRISON...and join his hero..Bernie Maddoff!!  Why wouldn't the State lock him up????  We have not got back any of our hundreds of thousands that the BYNUMS stole from us...Not from Robert "Mark" Bynum....nor his just as guilty brother David G. Bynum....both are thieves...both have lied to us countless times...BOTH SHOULD BE LOCKED AWAY!!  If anyone has any idea where we can find these monsters...please post....We have attorney's looking for them....they owe us A LOT OF MONEY......They Ruined Us Financially....They Deserve To Be Caught!!!!  Why should they (The BYNUMS Bros. of Maryland) get away with stealing all of our money??
